Look for a cave with a sign that says 'keep out mungos'

A mate brought over fable 2 with his xbox, and during the last week we played a lot of co op. I also recently got fallout on the pc.
I say get fallout 3.
Fable 2 = Fable 1 in nearly everyway. Same plot devices, same pseudo good/bad depth choices.
Fallout 3 is much better. However, the pc version is a little buggy, so expect random crashes. Even so, i'm playing it and thoroughly enjoying it.
If you are put off by even the slightest whiff of a bug, or your computer sucks, get it for your console of choice. But seriously, bypass fable 2. It has no depth, they removed MP so you can spam magic, there is no specialisation so you just win at everything and thus there is no sense of accomplishment.
They dumbed down an already shallow fantasy rpg. Also, there is a safety mode you can turn on in co op so I can't have any sort of power without my fable-fanboi-friend's say so, and of course that was never going to happen

I loved Fable II, but get Fallout III.
Fable II has a nasty bug that when you complete the game, you can't move your first character after a while.
It might just be my Xbox, but I returned the disc and whatnot, and I still can't move. I created another hero as well, he moves perfectly fine, however.
I just don't think the game is worthy playing after you beat it--there's nothing to be gained besides Demon Doors, Legendary Weapons and Gargoyles.
So yes, go with Fallout 3, it looks great.
