Alright, so perhaps it wasnt clear that I'm obviously referring to the general populace and newspapers/media etc. Since we are talking about conspiracy theories, remember?
You'd think 130,000 people being involved would somehow end up destroying the whole thing. But like I said, it was a time of war and there was no global communications system like the Internet. Propaganda was blatant back then too.
Espionage missions of infiltration are different than general public information leaks, which is also what I mentioned, quite specifically, I might add.
And the American school system is a failure to an extent, but no, I'm not of it.
