My first thought: WTF, how do they justify this?

My second thought: Actually haven't most of these athletes had government sponsored training to compete in the Olympics...?

Now I don't know what to think.

    Here's what you should think.

They justify it like all the rest of their shitty taxations. Meaning what they think is better direction for society is THE WAY.

Your second thought should be. Why am I forced to pay money to athletes I don't give a shit about?

w/e I don't feel too bad for olympians its a pretty good way to spend your early 20s. In a 1st world country like USA, Canada, Western Europe, etc you're gonna get a full scholarship for school, free room & board, free training, etc, sponsored trips all over world to compete, chance to get famous, pussy on tap. These guys are not going hungry.

What party is that? The freedom movement gets bigger by the day.

Hey. Why aren't you preoccupied with sucking the balls of Prince John?

Well its the team that vote the people into office who put the taxes up. Sometimes i disagree with it sometimes I agree with it. I also dont mind it standing in the way of people who want to set up the rules so they benefit the wealthy and then claim natural rights on their wealth in order to make taxes look evil.

You may hate the government but it is what gives form to your rights, protects your property, helps with the fulfillment of contracts, and creates the rules of the subjects human system we are in. It costs money son.

Plus our government is not formed around rothbarian rights, it has the right to tax and was created that way.

US needs a lot of tax reform, but currently prize money for anything is taxed so I am highly amused at the reactionary outrage over pampered olympians getting dinged as if they deserve a special expemption.

Have to agree with Krag, it is the prize money they get, that they have to pay taxes on, same as any athelete or gambler does.

Instead of advocating fiscal conservatism you'd rather run from principles and take the socialist position.

We should all be exempt. That's what the fuck you should have said.

But then again. You're a warmonger bitch. And warmongers favorite discipline is to collect taxes so they can use it for their industry of death and sub sequential resource grabbing.
