    A few months ago I posted a returning noob exp.

    the game is so much better. It really is.

    But as of the past two weeks, countless tickets sent about that account #3 error, cant log in, they keep saying my account has been fixed. Doesn't happen.

    canceled. Not going to pay for something I cannot access.

    I had the same problem and sent a ticket in, issue was resolved in 1 day. I honestly think people are bullshitting when they say they send tickets in and av dosnt help them, because for the many times i have sent tickets in everything has been resolved in no more than 2 days. and ive sent in like 7-8 tickets...

    Lol generally when I send in tickets they reply within 1-3 hours. And they fix the problem.

    Soooo idk. Maybe your shit's just broken.

    I think all the people that dont get a response write an email to the support email adress and actually I havent gotten an answer there ever.

    If you send a ticket over the support centre you get a reply quite fast.
