    Default Any Nutritionists Or Personal Trainers -Help

    -For Any Nutritionist or Personal Trainer that happend to open this.

    I have a very high metabolism, can't seem to find a routine that works.
    Looking for the cheapest all natural way to gain weight.
    And Or
    Healthy muscle for the Personal Trainers.


    I know this Darkfall community has to consist of all kinds of people. Hoping you were one of them.

    Also looking for weightless workouts for core and arm workouts. Hate going to the gym.

    You're not eating enough.

    Period.

    I don't care if you consume 10k calories per day. If you're not putting on mass, you're not eating enough.

    Also, your lifting program needs to be compound lift designated, "heavy" and intense. Don't be throwing weights around in the gym for like 2 hours burning more calories than you need to in order to stimulate muscular growth.

    So, to conclude and restate the above.

    Eat more. (clean protein/carbs)

    Eat more. (clean protein/carbs)

    Lift "heavy". (proper form etc.)

    and,

    REST.

    Anyone that tells you anything different from the above doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about.

    You simply need to eat more calorie dense foods. Don't tell me that you eat a lot, if you want to gain weight you should be forcing food down your mouth on the verge of throwing up.

    You should never feel hungry. Eat every 2-3 hours. You must be extremely diligent in sticking with a schedule.

    Ausei, you asked for a home workout, here's a simple one.

    Hindu Squats
    Pushups
    Pullups (Go and buy a pullup bar they're not expensive)
    Dips

    Understand that you will not see as much gains as you would going to the gym but you should still gain muscle.

    Gaining weight fast isn't healthy even if it is just muscles. And especially if the way you manage to do it is gorge yourself on an unbalanced diet of vitamin, mineral, phytochemicals and fiber poor food. Meat is expensive where I live, but If you're in USA, it's a lot cheaper and much better alternative to eat meat products like has been mentioned.

    I eat dried peas, tomatpure (tomato paste?), oatmeal (not porrage), canned tuna, frosen slices of salmon, frosen blocks of pollock, and eggs for cheap, healthy protein. Sucks for gaining weight though, but good for improving muscle to fat ratio at roughly the same weight and without lots of exercise.

    It all comes down to intake. Even a person with a super fast metabolism can gain it is just much more difficult.

    Have you considered becoming an alcoholic? A case or 2 of beer a day can really add up the calories.

    Chocolatemilk, drink it.. loads of it!



    But yeah, eat a decent meal every 2 - 3 hours (with carbs, high protein en healthy fats). Best thing to do is start counting your calories;

    Eat, eat, eat, eat, train, eat, eat, eat, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest.
