Some people mention that because a dev is searching for a new job this game has to be vapoware.

But maybe this dev has just done his work.

It's quite obvious you have no clue about what LinkedIn is. It's not a job advert site where you publish your CV to find a job. It can help finding a job/employee/business partner/contract etc. but it's a social networking site focusing on business contacts. The fact that someone has "looking for career opportunities" checked doesn't mean he's there to get out of his current job. Everyone I know from IT has a similar profile there with everything checked, and I assure you they're not looking for a job at the moment.

Your all noobs quite often those kind of sites can get it wrong or it turns out it's another person with the same name, I'm not holding my breath until there's an official announcement from Tasos saying he left. Guy I know was put up on a similar site and it had all sorts of games he hadn't even visited the offices of, quit being such speculative little trolls.

Mhorham's right this may well be just something he's decided to plan for when after Darkfall releases because it may well be that he'll be out of work or bored of the game by then.

Guys, it's Polarization, the most ridiculous troll on MMORPG forums, he spends hours every day collecting bits of info and making stuff up to prove the game is vaporware. Well, only Hushflux comes close with his idea to use satellite photos of Athens to prove Aventurine's office doesn't exist (as it turned out, he failed at using Google Earth).

One of Polarization's latest revelations is that I am either Henning (DFO's Art Director), or his girlfriend. Really, he's that good.

And FFS Claus is not leaving anywhere. It's a fucking LinkedIn, a business version of MySpace if you will, having a profile there has nothing to do with actually looking for a new job.

Its almost funny what these guys will try and come up with. I mean sitting on a game forum that is totally vaporware at this point (mortal Online has a long long long way to go) and saying DF can never be made and it wont work blah blah. It was worth the infraction at mmorpg.com to tell Polarization to get some professional help for his conspiracy fetish.

But what is not funny is how it affects impressionable people and leads to all kinds of silly accusations. I had always thought these were just fans of Mourning trying to ruin DF because they blamed us for it going vapor on them. But that was a long time ago. Now I think they just define who they are by hating something. They dont care about any of these other games. They just want to hate this one for some messed up reasons.

The retardedness coming from them people is rediculous. Really, espically the people on the MO forums, think that MO is any less Vapour? It has been said to be in release for wat, 2009. And it was only fully announced last year, end of?...I really want to laugh when 2009 comes podding along and they ain't got nothing. No-one has an arguement untill Either DF is released or the forums are closed and all information on it is lost.

And some of them people really, really, need to look at other peoples Opinions, and stop being so arogant.

Just read the mortal online thread that they had made, they just lost my respect entirely for letting MMORPG.com trolls with the EXACT same usernames on there and troll without even bothering to lock the thread, sad really.
