Acccount Management System downtime starting Monday Feb 1

We are performing upgrades to our account management system starting on Monday February 1st. These will last up to 3 days. During this time you will not have the capability to perform any account management tasks such as buy the game or a subscription. Also, customer support for the days the Account Management will be offline on anything involving accounts and billing will also be delayed.

Players who need to renew their subscription within this time period will not have a problem, this will be referred to when the Account Management System is back up.

We appreciate your patience while we upgrade our services.

Update, Feb 1st: Some players with subscriptions ending today were affected by the temporary shut-down of the Account Management System and they didn't have the time to renew their accounts. Their account will be reactivated for as long as the AMS is down.
