Zealot 1 - TRA 0
The political map says that TRA has 900+ people. During US prime times, TRA has at the very most 90 people online (I know this because we have an alliance wide ventrillo). These 90 people are the people who still play the game. The majority of them:
* haven't maxed a single school of magic
* consider themselves as casual players
* don't have 50+ on their melee mastery
* don't have more than 10K gold in their bank
* will often be wearing robes/naked because a bone set is too precious to lose
Political maps says Zealot has 250 members. During the siege the had 50+ in Yssam + at least 15 to 20 guarding the shard holder. The majority of these 70 active players:
* had to duel to be accepted into this alliance
* are considered as good pvpers
* have highly developed characters with multiple maxed schools of magic, high melee masteries
* each have personal banks with more money and regs than most of the CLANS in TRA.
* each spend upwards of 10+ hours a day playing darkfall.
* are EU transfers.
On the eve of Thanksgiving, Zealot sieged TRA for Talpec. 4 minutes later Scare Bears + friends (around 20 active pvp-focused players) sieged TRA for Kvitstien. TRA beat Scare Bears but couldn't beat Zealot.
Congratulations Zealot, your modest 250 members totally owned TRA's 900 man zerg. Its truly impressive that a small alliance like Zealot can defeat the mighty TRA in TRA territory.
If there are any other small pure PVP clans on the server who have highly developed characters and are anti-zerg. Send Zealot leaders a tell and join them in the fight against the zergs. Don't fight each other, focus on bringing down the zerg.
All new people who aren't good enough to be accepted into Zealot, you can apply to join Sick Bastards we're a community focused clan with a few experienced players and around 15 to 20 active members. We'll help you develop your character and enjoy the game. We won't expect anything from you and won't get pissed if you don't log on everyday or don't gear up to help defend our city.
I'm Iron Chef of Sick Bastards.

Nothing in his post indicated disposition towards anything. He was just stating facts.

Also, TRA had over 108 people in vent last night, I should know, I was there from start to finish.

Well if you wanna split hairs, I had 40 people in my old vent who didn't even play Darkfall, half of which were in the AFK Channel...

SB is a quality clan, but your kidding yourself with the whole "we dont have high magic rant." A lot of people in TRA have really well developed magic to the point where you can easily be competitive. The only real gap worth complaining over is archmage and hp pools. TRA had its chance to take on the cairn/ruby zerg and chose the carebear route, i dont really feel bad for the "casual" players with surging spells.

Funny two days before this siege we raided Talpec you seemed to have a lot of magics while you were holed up in the cave. Too bad we don't know for sure if you're telling the truth since you didn't show up at Talpec to fight at the siege.
