Quick Patch July 14th

We issued a small patch for both EU1 and US1 servers today:

• A timer will be displayed on the Village Control Point when there's less than 1 hour left before it becomes vulnerable.
• Village control points have had their hit points reduced
• Mounted combat melee damage has been reduced.
• We've performed several bug fixes and updates to the dynamic environment system
• A visual update for City of the Dead ruins
