AV doesnt give a shit and heres proof

So like i posted yesterday i cant log into the account page to update my sub because i created account name RiF. So now when i try to login to the account page it says my name must be 4-16 chars in length.(i use to beable to login to the game fine when i had a sub, just not into the actual account page)

So i log onto my other accounts account page. I go to support. i write i ticket. 12 hrs go by i check up on it...tickets closed without a response. Im like wow i so reopen it this morning...this afternoon closed without a response. gg av great customer support there. It takes 5 minutes to fix the code for the login stop be lazy douchebags.

ill keep my 5 yr old name considering i use it for everything. And if it was a problem when i registered i woulda made it rif1 like every other site that has 4 char min reqs

MMM,,, so you have a leet-speek name with extra capitals in it... Not surprised at your predicament at all. Bet the AV staff is just simply laughing at your requests cause you were stoopid in the first place.

its not leet speak dumbass do you even know what leet speak is?

called a abbreviation, except im not going to put a . between each letter. and the capitals is minor words like is usually dont have a captial but Fundamental does.

Tard. Its a common internet thing to understand that most places you ever go want at least 4 characters for any kind of user ID. And yeah, Capital-Lowercase-Capital does appear to be leetspeek to me, regardless of what you claim it to be, its my perception.

Its a common internet thing to understand what leet speak is but apparently you have not the slightest idea of what leet speak is.

But anyways every other site that wants 4 chars, tells you, you need 4 chars. I have at least 4 or 5 accounts on other sites with just RiF without a problem. Why are u being a bitch when it was AV who forgot 1 if statment on their account creation page?

RiF's problem is indeed legit. If the character length of his name was a problem when he MADE the account, he should have been notified before making it. He wasn't. So now that AV changed the rules he cant get into his account. That's utter and complete bullshit. Its as bad as how one guy was charged for nothing just cause he left his credit card info up.

Time to boycott?
