To be fair, I find if we're going to be talking about a "dynamic lore system", the topic of ARAC clans should indeed be discussed. Or, if you do not want this topic talked about in this here thread, communicate with the community liaisons that they need to have a developer take a stance on the issue or at the very least, create a thread in the spotlight section asking for feedback from the community.

Point is, the topic of ARAC clans, although quite controversial on both sides of the coin, is certainly involved in any lore that is going to be seen in Agon, and is a topic that many people including myself feel very strongly about.

So again, I ask for either an official stance on the topic or a "we're asking for your feedback" type of thread in the Darkfall spotlight. Certainly this isn't too much to ask.

The entire subject of arac clans is a whole other topic than the fact that players can change the lore by their actions and that's why it doesn't belong in a thread and even a forum about news and announcements.

This forum is open for suggestions, but the discussion forums are there for a reason.

This is my biggest pet peeve of the game. This can make or break Darkfall as far as I am concerned. With the ARAC clans, they should ALL be RED. That's what messed up the alignment system to begin with.
Another problem is there is no RPG element because of this. To me, Darkfall is just one gigantic deathmatch until they fix this serious issue.

I agree. The worst thing about this game is the ARAC situation. Period.

Last warning, this is not the place to discuss ARAC. It's an old, dead issue, if you want to discuss it, do it in general discussion, not here.

Anyway, why is discussing the problem of ARACs not allowed here?

If its still a BIG problem, especially when it undermines the reason for having a dynamic lore system or even paying attention to the lore, its NOT a dead issue.

One would assume they would want feedback on the dynamic lore events and ideas. What better feedback could there be than saying the events are lame and could be better as every race thats suppose to hate eachother is holding hands and nuts instead?

They would like feedback, which is what the general discussion forum is for. It's a dead issue because the devs made a definitive post about it ages ago, so there's no point in spamming THIS thread with it. If you want to beat a dead horse, there's plenty of those threads in general discussion. And lastly, it doesn't belong here because it is your OPINION that dynamic lore means nothing without race restrictions, and just saying "this whole idea sucks cause ARAC" is just clogging the board instead of generating new or interesting ideas. The forums in 06 were bad enough with the ARAC debates, hence why the devs made that statement.

Im also agains ARAC and keep saying that even if its dead horse(you love saying that becouse you want easy mode with arac clans)game would be FAR more intresting if we had racial wars also and stick to lore/

Why we need those race and raicial chat ingame then if lore is abandon GET RID of chat also then its rediculous to keep them make one big ARAC CHAT you all want one big happy family right
