What I highlighted ARE the basic tenements of communism.. All version of communism are based on those simple principles with different flavors of icing on top.

You can call it ANYTHING you like.. but if it based on the basic tenements of communism.. it is pure fail.. central planning simply cannot meet the needs of the market. It is too inflexible and slow to react. That is one of the basic reasons why there are ALWAYS long ass lines for even basic necessities in communist countries.
