Fixed most bugs and errors. Myrdraal has pointed out several alignment issues that we need to look after, that we'll get to as soon as we can. Thanks to everyone that sent us feedback.

Added an FAQ entry to the General FAQ category (http://www.darkfallonline.com/faq/general.html) that addresses beta inquiries:

When is Beta?
Darkfall is currently in the final stages of internal beta testing. This means that the game is being tested in-house in preparation for public playtesting. A beta registration form will become available on this website soon.

Text size
There have been a few complaints about the text being too small for those using a 1600x1200 screen resolution. The main text on the Darkfall website is 11 points.
In 800x600 and 1024x768 screen resolutions the text displays great. The various studies out there put 80-90+% of the end users as using these two resolutions. I understand that as gamers, we may be used to using higher screen resolutions than the average internet user, so we're looking at what we can do about making the text more readable for those of you working their way up to 7200x5400 :)

There has also been some reaction to the Flash and animated Gifs we're using on the site. I'll repeat that these do not interfere with the loading of the site content so I don't really understand the problem. If anyone could enlighten me on this please, I'd appreciate it.

Clan listings
I've been getting messages asking me to add clans to the community page. I won't do this right now because their proper place is a clan page which will be put up soon. The ones up there right now are left over from the last site. So be patient a little while longer and we'll set you up.

Added a Devspeak entry on April 5.

This forum was originally set up as -view only- but we decided to allow answers on the posted topics. I'd appreciate if you kept your posts in this forum as relevant as possible.

If you have any feedback on how to make the website better, we'd like to hear from you at webmaster@razorwax.com

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is.. but I've never had a web page hard lock my PC. Multiple times now while having the home page loaded (the one with the fire dragon flappin his wings), my pc has just froze up. I'm not computer illiterate, have a very stable machine, and had nothing else running in the background.

I can't figure out wtf is going on, but I can easily repeat the problem by just loading up the DF website and letting it go. Anywhere from 5-15 mins of watching the little dragon do his thing, my system will hard lock and all I can do is power off/on.

Kudos on the rest of the site.. everything else is great. That damn dragon is killing a few of us though I'm sure. Hehe.. and we're not even in beta. :D

Are you using Internet Explorer? I recommend that you download Mozilla from http://mozilla.com . It' free and, for many people, works much better than IE. See if you are still getting problems afterwards.

I can't imagine the browser being the problem when that webpage is the ONLY page to have ever hardlocked my PC.

However, if I am wrong.. I'm a tad too lazy to download anything new right now as I plan on nixing my sys partition in the next week or so. After I've redone my system I'll give mozilla a whirl and maybe then I'll be able to stare at the flying dragon for more than 15 mins. :P

As a side note.. If it is a problem with IE I think it would be wise on Darkfall's part to make accomodations for one of the most widely used inet browser's around. I'm not trying to promote Microsoft here.. but hey.. you get the picture. It's just good business.

Try removing your flash/macromedia plugin thing from Tools>Internet Options>Settings>View Objects. Right click it and delete/remove.

Then load the page again, I'm betting that will fix it. Try patching it from Windows Update as well.

Not complaining because SG was listed on the current site, but was their any reason behind only the two on the site being there?

The only time I see a problem with the flash animations is when I use a slow-ass computer at work <_< . It takes the computer longer to load the animations than it does to receive the data. Otherwise I love the site and have had no problems with the loading or anything. :)

I appreciate the update!

I detect some vacation time coming soon. (if I get into beta) This quote is music to my ears! ;)

Nice updates! I think these are the kinds of updates everyone was looking before when there was so much complaining about it a week or two ago.

Keep up the good work! :)

Thanks for the update. The site looks good, and its great to get new information. :D I can't wait for this game to release, if 1/2 the features make it in the game it will be so far beyond other games that I wouldnt' even consider it in the same genre. Take your time though, its better to wait for a bad ass game, then to play most games.

Will there be anymore screenshots listed on the new site? I may be doing something wrong, but the last website had many sections of screenshots. I tried to show a friend Darkfall a few days ago and could only find 9.
