I think you can do a standard test at every national mensa. It wont show your IQ, only if you have a chance on the actual mensa IQ test.
Only about 2% in the world have an IQ of 131 or more.

Online IQ tests are not "official", in any way, shape, or form. An official IQ test is done in real life, and monitored.

Intelligence is something that there are so many possible definitions of that there's no point in getting into it here and now.

I don't particularly care what Mensa states, however the problems I was pointing to in defining IQ are a bit narrower than what you're using. There's a general consensus (at least on a practical scale) that IQ measures logic in specific areas, however while most IQ tests test spatial, verbal, and numerical reasoning capabilities the way they test these, the difficulty of the tests, and the importance of each, vary.

No though, as I said it's not hard at all to measure these things. The problem is more to with the accuracy, and meaning of these results. After doing this, and coming up with the results, what are they relevant to?
