Anyone miss the BBS days? remember L.O.R.D?

thats all, just bored and missing the text based local area dial up, play for one hour a day games..

in my oppinion Legend of the red dragon was the first MMO ever.

I remeber when I got my bran new 14.4k modem, I thought I was bad ass, I even had a color monitor!!! lolz

L.O.R.D. was pretty fun. Also Usurper and Food Fight :)

The best imo, though, was a space game where you traded and stuff. I can't remember the name :( It was pretty much like EVE with text.

BBS's were pretty damn cool back then.

If all the bbs's didn't go down when the internet came out i'd prolly still be getting beaten with the ugly stick as a search the forest and find nothing but that old f34king lady.

That was Trade Wars. I never got into that game. I just played LORD until I ran out of time for the day. Remember that? Sixty minute time limits?
