I'm sure he meant he came saw the lines were to long, and kept coming back till they were short enough to vote.

No that is not what said he at all. He said, "I decided to come back and vote a couple of times." He may have meant what you posted above, but that is not what he said. Words mean things...

At what point do you fail to understand basic comprehension of the english language?

He never got to vote because the line was too long, so he left and came back a couple times to see if it was shorter.

If you can not see that this reporter was just fishing for that exact answer so he can twist the shit out of it, you need to go get castrated.
You will noticed he immediately ends the conversation after fishing out that answer.

People like that reporter are what makes this country horrible, they need to have their entire family line wiped out. Fucking disgusting.

i never bothered watching the video, but some other guys DID actually vote 2 times. seems he was registered in 2 different states.

You have to take what exactly was meant...

I came back to vote a couple times... does not mean he voted a couple times... but that he came back to VOTE a couple times... as in he left to come back because there was a long line up.

If he had said he came back and VOTED, notice the ED here, a couple times... that would be different.
