A new Darkfall information site has been launched, especially for people interested in herbalism and healing type skills - Branora's Herbal Compendium.

It will eventually contain a full list of useable plants in Darkfall, as well as a wide range of articles on subjects from roleplaying to skill raising and character creation.

The Herbal Compendium is also happy to announce the launch of its new forums. May I invite you to slob around in our relaxed Comfy Lounge, or talk about Agon over a pint in Tavern? Maybe you would like to speculate on what the Devs have in store for the Healing and Herbalism style skills? All are welcome!

Visit the Herbal Compendium at http://www.herbal-df.info, and don't forget to check back regularly for the latest information released about herbalism in Darkfall.

Branora Leofwynn,
Herbalist of Arthedain,
Webmaster of Branora's Herbal Compendium.

certainly a unique site , look forward to visiting for alchemy tips ;)

I think this topic would be best served in the community news forum.

Thank you Archibald :)

Yes, but members cannot start new topics in the Community News Forum. To post it here and hope a kind moderator could move it seemed the only option.

Hope you keep the site up. Could use it when the game goes live for my woodsy guy.

I don't really have much reason to visit the site now. But I'll keep you in mind when I come accross plant lore, etc.

Took to long to edit this in, so I be pasting it mon.

Also, you may want to add Darkfall Dogma (http://www.darkfalldogma.com/) to your information links and Darkfall Info Base (http://www.darkfallib.tk/). Dogma has been down for awhile...but if they're truely updating, they will be a great info site, unless they cut the info out...but they used to be a great info site, so...

Yes, I'll add them to the links page. I think it's a shame that sites with such potential now have tumbleweed blowing through them - I hope it is only due to RL busyness that they haven't been updated for a while. Once the game starts we'll begin to see which fan sites are really in for the long haul.

One thing is for certain, Darkfall Stratics has been about as useful as a wet fart. I don't think they're going to dominate over the Darkfall fan sites the way that they did in previous MMOGs.

hasn't really been much new info to update though, .. we'll see how active the fansites are with the df mainsite update in a week or two :P

*edit : apart from the occasional news/build update

Hehe, wow your site looks just like one of those crackpot 'herbal remedies' sites you find if you look up any medical subject online. Good stuff! :) Hope you are successful in being the #1 source for this kind of info.

Sorry fishbulb, it's really best at 1024x768. You can still use the menu, you just have to scroll the top frame down a bit .
