After reading through this forum it seems to me the game will cater in the main for PvP killers. This in my opinion will make it difficult to encourage true Rpers to the game.
My suggestion to the developers is to include some sort of zone with in the game where we can Roleplay without interference. I am not suggesting a 'safe zone' but more of an area where it would be VERY difficult to grief kill Roleplayers. i.e. an area that is guarded by some highly skilled NPC guardians that are invulnerable.
This would encourage more players to the game which in my opinion is a good thing.
We could have in this area a whole Role player town with even a church for marriages?

I would never happen, however much you want it to.
Roleplayers, will just have to deal with it.
RPing Clan Cities should be "Safe enough"

Althought a vervaint roleplayer myself, this idea is intriguing yet unnecassary, a true roleplay requires death as well as life, so dieing is not a problem, perhaps a role - play oreintated village with a few guards and a community could work, although the beavers would probably attack and eat our brains.

Op, whats wrong with you?
The best part of roleplaying is the consequences you'll face and adapt into situations, I for one never would want a safe zone with some church for ingame marriages. Hell, define true roleplayers? Carebears in safe mmorpgs?
Right. This threads opening post is incorrect, thus the whole thread is waste of forum space.

If you want a safe zone then you create it yourself stop trying to ruin a sandbox game before it even gets started, you don't even KNOW if your going to get constantly ganked while you try to roleplay yet.
By the way, if I spot you in game I will be ganking you just because you made these threads to annoy people.

My elite roleplaying guild will be aiming at 3 weddings / week minimum, if we only get a church.

The MMO market struggles enough from "more of the same" syndrome. If you want a game where you can roleplay in safety, why not play -any single one of the other dozens of MMOs out there-?
Darkfall isn't about safe zones. Darkfall's about roleplaying in a tavern hotspot and having it attacked by orcs. Darkfall's about PKs no longer being "griefers" since they'll have a purpose - they want your loot. What makes a PK any different from a cut throat brigand at this point?

I saw a carebear in the road the other day, so I kicked it as far as I could.
My friend asked me why I kicked the tellietubbie, and I told him it was a carebear.
That I had to kick it into traffic, and that I was proud to know what it was and why.

This idea is retarded. I want to kill you.
In game.

Think about it like this.
Darkfall has much more potential for RP then, say, WoW
