So I was thinking about what makes a good story be it book, movie, or video game. It takes a really good villain, something with depth. Wanting to conquer the world is great but most of the time there is no reason for it...just good ol sociopaths...
Anyway I was thinking of the worst villains ever and I challenge you to suggest one worse than this.
Laurel Hedare: Antagonist in Catwoman. "I will take over the world with my beauty cream!!! Bwahahahaha!

Not really, I mean the bad guy from Tank Girl was good, he had motivation and purpose, kept stabbing people with those water extractor things...
I don't think the tone matters so much, as long as the character is thought out.

I know it is based on a legend. But if I filmed a tranny porno and made the chick have a beard and tall hat and be the president of the USA (baberaham lincoln), it would be about as 'based off of historical people' as Leonidas and Xerxes were in 300.
