You can't anymore. Only were they made when Clan beta apps were being taken.

unless you have a well organized and long lasting group Brannoc is unlikely to approve any appeals...

I would suggest looking at the recruiting board and finding a suitable clan...there are a crap load already. I may forgo my own even...its five years old but we are small and haven't played together since shadowbane...so yeah, I am going to go to work for...I dunno, who should I go to work for?

Not necessarily the original one (there have been several openings for clan formation on these forums over the years) but for current purposes this is true. They are not allowing clan formation at this time.

The Phase two ones were also about Clan Beta. So yeah we're both right. The request would still have to be tkaen by Brannoc via PM.
