Devs, can we get a lore update please?

The inconsistencies are numerous and are almost entirely to do with the Timeline of Agon (presumably written earlier) conflicting with updated race and geographical information. There's also a few contradictions within the Timeline.

I don't want to go into details. I'm guessing there are people at Aventurine who know the lore backwards. It wouldn't take too much work for them to make a few name changes and to delete superseded passages to make it all a lot clearer.

Hoping you can find some time for this before release.

I would be curious to see where the devs did get their ideas for the lore of DF. Fantasy always has some kind of connection to some culture's myth or legend. It would be interesting to sit down with them and hear how they thought it out. I always wondered about that.

Like how they decide to add Orcs but maybe no goblins. Dwarfs but not Gnomes like other games. There are some Basics that always remain the same. Human, Dwarf, Elf, Orc. I wonder what the connection is.

We've decided after much playtesting this month to declare the Mahirim as the overpowered (i.e. superior) race of Darkfall. Some players might feel that this should be balanced,but we feel that having a superior race in our game is a nice touch to Darkfall and one we shall be keeping. No doubt this will cause players from the other 5 races to complain on our forums,but quite frankly we're rolling Mahirim on beta & release with the community so screw the lot of you.
