It's decent only because of the unrestricted PvP. The "full loot" is where it fails. Even if you are the worst of murderers, you only lose what's in your backpack, not what's on you.

and mindless grinding and mindless farming runes as they only appear on "bosses" people farm it 10 levels higher kinda lame and demand tons of $$

I play it sometimes. I'm level 25 or something?

I dislike how we have to acquire ruins. I dislike levels, though it's nice that a lower level stands a chance against a high level. Not too far apart, though.

The grind is a bit tedious. At least I haven't felt downtime since I've started. The quests are boring as fuck. I'm starting to skip most even if they give nice XP.

The PvP part doesn't make sense to me. It's definitely what keeps me playing, but at the same time, you don't gain anything from killing non-criminal players. So I'm wondering why I would turn red... Just for reagents? Mobs drop plenty.
