I have been trying to get tazed (without getting arrested) for almost a year. Apperantly my friend who is a cop promised my mom he would not taze me. I have taken this as permission on his part to do things like photo shop him on dates with guys and give them to his co workers.

the calls started again adn finally they had enough.

Rather, I am asserting that these officers acted inappropriately (which they did by their own Chief's admission) and that they reacted with more than reasonable force.
