Will there be macros/targetting programs?

About macros i think i heard from devs somewhere there will be some easy macros, but i´m too lazy to look for the quote.
EDIT: Btw there will be a very strong anti-cheat system, so don´t spect other programs working at the same time.

You can't create programs/macros for something that's not available yet, try to think things out and realize how absolutely silly it sounds.

It's like creating a Vista Application for the Vista O/S before it became available to use.
