Hello,

I need a new set of headphones. I am willing to spend decent money on them (i.e. couple hundred dollar range). If you find that you are able to help me in this most righteous endeavor, please make your suggestion(s) in this post.

So far, I know exactly: dick. about headphones and the like. I was told to check out Bose, but I dunno wtf I'm looking at.

Thank you for your help,

-Me

P.S. the other stipulation is that they cover the ear. none of this earbud/on-ear bullshit.

Make sure that they don't weigh much.

Even though they may feel light at the shop, after 3 hours of playing you'll notice the difference.

Bose are the best you can get. My dad bought a pair for around £150 and they are incredible; I didnt know you could get such sound from headphones. They are better than any speakers you've ever heard. I don't remember the model though.

Oh, and make sure you don't get the type that press down on your ear, get the ones that have the pad that goes around your ear. WAY more comfortable after a long time and I'd bet the quality is much improved.

"QC1" Bose Headphones are agreed by most to be the best out there...just throwing that out there in case you wanted to know.
