Which one kills the fastest? I know a if you pierce someone through the heart or any vital place its instant kill, but then again if you slash someone through the neck its instant to, an if you blunt bash they brain its instant too, i cant decide.

Pierce. Stabs are hard to block with swords, they can with shields, but you can easily block a slash. A pierce in a non vital place... you can rip your way through to the heart, spilling their guts and destroying their heart.

When you swing a sword it slashes the opponent. But swords in general are considered to be a piercing weapon, like spears(the spear has a small sword on top). So I would have to say epic fail.

Blunts always seemed useless to me when fighting someone with armor and equal buffness. Slashes are the best.

True. It probably wouldn't be slashing, either.

Among other weapon types, axe should be it's own weapon type, and a blunt object with a blade qualifies. An axe is a combination of blunt force and slashing, designed to break into armor where a sword or true blunt weapon could not do so well. It differentiates itself from piercing by using sheer force to penetrate, rather than precision attacks at weak points in armor/poking through armor itself.

This is the weaponologically correct way to look at it, at least.

Piercing of course. Those kinds of wounds are way more deadly than slashing or blunt wounds, or well that depends on where on the body you hit, but a piercing wound generally does more damage.
