Hah, EQ2 godking line in the DoF expansion. I got like half way through then Dissolution or whoever WW1sted Anuk and posted the fucking TREASURED rewards that were about as good as Ebon weapon which took 1/10,000th of the effort to get (smashing rocks in areas full of grays v.s. doing 30 some quests, many of them in areas full of high level epics). They eventually fixed them but jesus I have no clue what the devs were fucking thinking releasing that expansion while they were OBVIOUSLY using placeholder rewards. There were also no worthwhile rewards in the mid quests, most of the items I got were vendored moments after.

KoS had a similar condition, except for unlike the godking quests there were actually REALLY nice rewards between the first and last quest so it didn't hurt as much. Queynos weapons never were that great for most classes but at least those quests gave some of the best resist gear out there.

Best post in the thread by far. The OP video was entertaining though, good to see that McFarlane does stuff other than Family Guy and American Dad (I've never seen any of his other material). His drawing and animation style is very good for comedy's sake, similar to South Park's in a weird way.
