Yes, if you're on vent or teamspeak har har.

I don't think anyone knows the answer to this yet my friend. I've read nothing that says you can't use chat or tells when dead, but just because it wasn't mentioned in dev journals doesn't mean it's not true.

When you're dead you're no longer on the battlefield...you don't become a ghost or anything. When you're down, there's a timer till you die/choose to die/get killed/get healed, so I assume you can still communicate...

I guess since you are simply knocked down you can still beg for your life and cry and moan, so it does make sense.
We will have to find out in beta.

I just thinking having people you just kill bitch and whine at you will be irritating. I hope they can't send tells/whisper when they are K.O'ed, would get me on my nerves... Imagine a battlefield of PvE'ers all slaughtered and the entire field just full of whining! Would drive me insane!
