Building a city?? How?

This Game is the best game ever! I have been dreaming about some game like this for awhile now. I'm only 14 but i wanted to grow up and make this kinds game somday, but it looks like i odn't have too. I have great expedtaions for this game (i bet you do too)! But is there ganna be a screen to build walls and buildings or how is it ganna be? and ships is it an instant build?? or do u hire workers and takes a couple min or hrs or days? Does anyone know?? I know you can hire NPC guards... but how? What do you do to get one? do you have citizens in your city that will buy things??? I can't wait for this game but still very confused how cities will be made.

there has been other games that let you build your own cities / towns or what ever but some have been a flop due to the boring design and lay out, usually your have a limited area / zone with a scale and layout so this game should be interesting to see how that layout will come out :)
