If u get hit and your holding up your shield, will it knock you back? and also how long will it take to get from one continent to the closest continent on the largest boat?

Edit: One more thing once you die will u respawn back at the old continent? (that would be cool)

I believe you spawn at your nearest bindstone and getting across the continent i think is 8 hours on foot(need quote) and knockbacks i think there will be them from the video where the mage uses some kind of air spell to push some guys away.
