Fan Kit / Media Kit etc

Am really sorry if I am repeating a stupid question BUT I kinda asked on IRC already and was pointed to someone else and that person didn't respond etc.

So, my question is: does a fankit/mediakit exist at all? If so, can anyone please point em in the right direction? I wanna make sigs and wallpapers and the limited resources are bugging me :P

There is no official fan kit to speak of at this time.
