also, i tased that little kid who tries to sell you a map (i think its in trier), threw him in a dumpster, and lit him on fire with my flamethrower.
i also like beating the shit out of random people with whatever comes to hand (break each individual glass and plat over the head of the owner of the coffee shop after beating him down with the riot baton, then cap him in the dome and drop him in the sewer).

I wanted to play Nintendo so I told my little brother that if he jumped in a particular hole, he got an extra guy. He jumped in, died, the game was over and it was my turn.
That was sweet. I still haven't let him live it down until this day. heheh

I wouldn't say the worst thing but definitely the coolest thing I've ever done on a game is in Counter Strike Source where I turned ninja and I sprayed one guy dead with a machine gun as a few last surviving enemies charged me, killed another guy with a pistol and dodged the fire of the last guy and knifed him until he was dead, that was pretty glorious lol.
It does kind of show how flawed the game mechanics of the source engine are though but nevermind heh.

Hmm...Ultima Online. I became friends with this rich veteran who had all of these blessed items in his house, which were worth millions at the time. He claimed that they belonged to one of his family members who had died of cancer. A few days later he decided to make me a co-owner to the house, and I stole every valuable he had in the house. I went from being a poor newbie to an extremely rich pimp that day.

in eq2 on a pvp server i made a good toon, found out where the black market spawned in their area, logged my evil toon in and sat nearby the black market killing everyone who approached, just out of aggro range of the guards. i then started recieving tells from the people i killed begging for their money back. made a few 100 plat that day. and a good many enemies to boot.

I once found a bug in WWIIONLINE that allowed me to clip into the rubble of fallen buildings. I used to lay there immune to enemy fire and just slaughter Germans as they walked into my view. I once had 76 kills as a rifleman in one mission (including one knife kill lol).
I realy don't consider digging up graves and slaughtering orphans in fallout 2 a big deal. (those damn kids took my itamz!!)
Soo, I guess scaming is the worst I realy done.
I guess I'm just a nice guy? Or I haven't gotten my hands on a brutal enough game possibly.
Ofcourse it quite often happen that I own people in games untill they quit. Or they start cussing and they generaly tend to lose those arguments and well... quit.

I think you could do the nastiest shit in uo.
The funny thing was that it was all legal. Scamming the shit out of people, pk'ing/looting crafters/miners, horsekilling, speedhacking(not legal tho), reskilling, stealing rares, house looting, etc.

The worse things I've done didn't affect people ingame, but instead their entire OS. Many people in Hl2 mods are really dumb, and usually ask retarded questions. I once told this guy that in order to fix his lag issues he had to delete some essential Windows files because the game wasn't compatible with them. I usually try this in many games, and sometimes I think I'm successful because I see them immediately log off. They even question me about why it warns them not to delete the files before they do it...

Well I don't know... I think this action was justified, but I'll let you decide. Back in UO there was some asshole who lived in Moonglow and he was always going around and PKing the noobies in my guild. Well, I heard that he was going to have an in-game wedding near the Moonglow telescope.
I had GM stealth, so I switched out the wedding cake with either a poisoned wedding cake or another poisoned food, I forget which. I waited for the bride and groom to eat it and I saw the *Wracked with extreme pain!* message above their heads. Apparently, nobody thought to bring weapons to a wedding, so I massacred the entire wedding party and most of the guests.
I then proceeded to cut up the corpses and eat them until a lynching party came, then I got the hell out of there.

I was playing The Red Baron 2 (WWI flight sim) scrambling some planes from my aerodrome. I had 5 planes under my command flying towards some German balloons and bombers that were going to take out a railway.
I broke off from the pack, turned around and fired on my base. The squadron was in the middle of defending the town when they responded to the air raid signal and returned to base, only to find my blowing up their command tent. They were confused seeing their commander tear apart the base's anti air flak guns. I shot one of them down, an ambulance came out to rescue the pilot and I shot its tires out while the pilot died in his wreck of an aircraft. I then flew into town, taking out a bridge so no firefighters could get anywhere, and proceded to drop as many bombs as possible on the town. The church bells began ringing, so I waited for people to run there before bombing that too. It was the brightest building and hardest target, but damn it all I got it.
Yup, thats probably the worst, and only real bad thing I've done.

Which is why it's still considered the greatest MMORPG ever. You need to be able to do these things. It doesn't mean that everyone should do these mean things, it's just that you CAN. It's the ONLY way to have an open-ended game with freedom, and it's the only thing that makes MMORPGs fun.

The most damage I think I caused with one action was when I got IC in LordKnights on some SB server, and proceeded to banish everyone, undeed all that I could, and steal all the money on all the buildings.
It was quite amusing when I later saw one of the guild leaders in vent, who responded instantly, "Fuck you Buckk".
Actually there is one more thing I did that may be worse, in WoW I found out that this kid had some software on his computer that would detect cuss words in games, and disconnect him from the net.
So I added him to my friends and whispered "shit" to him everytime he logged on until he responded, "THANKS A LOT ASSHOLE NOW I HAVE TO QUIT THIS GAME"

Stealing 20,000 gold pixels from rl friend in ultima online when we first started(around 7th grade maybe?), which was a lot to us back then. I think he farmed all of it killing deer and skinning them, which makes it even better. XD he told his dad irl and called me crying. i can't remember if i actually convinced him to let me "hold" the gold or if i got his user/pass and stole it but it was funny all the same. the friends parents were loaded irl so i didn't feel bad about it.
I started shortly after they did away with being able to loot houses and such so that is about the best story i can think of : /

My old guild made the WoW devs make an emergency patch by manipulating a noobie quest into letting us attack our own NPCs, so we butchered the noobie quest givers, bankers, auction house people, etc. You would not believe how upset the little WoW drones get when they can't access their bank for 2 minutes before the npc respawns. It's ridiculous.
Stealing money in WoW and UO but that's unimipressive.
Oh! And then there was the time in WoW we invited some guy who was the rank 1 before the highest PvP rank, war chief or whatever it was, who was grinding 24/7 for months to get the final rank and we invited him into a group on some retarded pretense and stood outside the night elf capital where all the wisps hang out (who are civilians) and hit that guy with like 50 dishonorable kills in a heartbeat before he could quit the group. I don't know if he ever came back from that but he was on the forums complaining that we caused his spinal and heart issues to resurface because of the stress, that was pretty funny.

I use to be a scammer/ganker/and all around scoundrel in a little known game called the Realm. Sierra was always trying to find ways around making ganking possible, but me and a few buddies would always find ways around the system.
For instance, for awhile it was possible to hit your own groupmates in battle. So, I would join up with someone and, when they were vulnerable, attack them and hope they dropped some of their better gear. When they made this impossible, I would join a group, with my pvp turned on teleport them all to a screen were my buddies would be waiting to engage me in combat. My whole group would be forced into pvp, and I would escape. Good times.

This thread gives me so many memories from RuneScape... one time I was gonna go PKing with a friend, when another friend wanted to show me his new gilded armour and said he wanted to come with me but had to deposit his new and expensive armour. I convinced him he should wear it so he could act as bait, then when someone attacked him we'd rush in and kill the person. So we went deep into the wilderness (makes more sense if you played in grade 7, like everyone did) and into a shrine to raise our prayer (sortof like mana) then we shut the door and both started attacking him. Every time he tried to open it I'd close it once again until he was dead and we looted his stuff. To this day, I think he's held somewhat of a grudge against me.

scammed about 4 billion isk in EVE off escrow and freeform contracts.
And that was without being greedy.
For any of you that know what im on about, id put up a stripped merlin, call the contract "Hawk with T2 Fitting" and sellit for 30 mil because people are stupid.
Last hit i did was selling a raven i got for free off a quitting friend with full caldari navy launchers and some officer tank/t2 tank. Stripped it, threw on a miner I , a small nos, and 6 rocket launchers.
Called it "Pimped Golem , 6 CNR launch, Pith/Gistum/II tank, 3 CCC II, Only 1.8 Bil."
Quit a few days ago, dunno if it sold yet. If you play eve and are in Citadel region, watch out for that contract, would almost feel bad scamming a forumfaller.

I found it more satisfying being evil in KotoR. I accidentally killed a party member though.
Had a few mediocre evil things done;
Fable - Killing spree in your home town. Just kill anything and anyone.
GTAIII - Raining Blood - Slayer + a fast car. But that's a bit passé, really.
UO - Ninjaing dead players. Would follow them hidden, wait for them to lose a lot of HP and whack 'em. Profit.

It's a shitty game people here romanticize and pump their gamer ego's with. Nothing more to know.

My ex once played the Sims and made us two as a couple. Then the sim cheated on her sim, and she got pissed off with me. No one especially girls should not play the Sims.
Fixed
That happened to a friend of mine, it's like the guy cheating on a girl in a dream so she's pissed at him for it. I must admit it was a satisfying sound hearing her family scream in anguish

i dont really have anything to compare to the stories in here.
Usually in AoE when we played teams i would send half my army into my teamates town to help "defend" and the other half to the opposing cities. Once i determined that enough damage was done to the enemy (and ally troops were whipped down) i would change alliance to enemy and just destroy the teamates from the middle of hte city out. That shit pissed so many people off but it was damn fuckin hilarious.
In DAoC i played a female elf who was racist against humans. I got so many dudes to give me free shit in game it was awesome.

I was 16 and doing my exams at school and I was on Study leave. So I had nothing to do but revise, but lucky for me my little brother had just bought Banjo Kazooey on the N64! I spent the next few days completing it, when my little brother found out i had finished it before he had even done the first few levels he cried.
I did feel pretty bad though

I remember back in RS, we used to lure noobs in the wilderness with a rare item on them. I would use a ring that changed me into a rock and then I was hidding in the wilderness waiting for my friend to lure the noob near me. My friend would ask a guy to buy a rare item from him such as Halloween Mask, Santa hat, Party hat and then he would set the meeting place near the wilderness. So when the noob came by he would see a huge pile of gold near a rock in the wilderness, if you remember I used the ring to change myself into a rock. As soon as he would enter the wilderness to take the gold, I would change myself back into human form and then use magic to entangle him and freeze him with ice barrage then my friend would jump him and ending up killing up in less than 10 second.
We made a lot of money that way, and a lot of people were angry at us haha. Good old luring!

in UO, one of my first ever character was named Slut, and was a female of course. some gentleman named Lord KroniK approached me, propositioning sex for 5000g. at the time 5000g was a fortune to me, as my main character was a lowly miner/blacksmith. i told him yes, and he said for each additional woman i could find to join us, he would pay me a bonus. i wandered around for a while asking other female characters if they would be interested in joining our sexy time. no one else seemed interested, so i ended up selling myself on top of Lord KroniK's tower for 6000g (he gave me a bonus, i guess maybe b/c he felt bad). at one point i definitely remember typing "oooh, my nipples are so hard."
just for the record, that was a long time ago.

My brother's character was a guy, but he put on a dress and a helmet so you couldn't see the face and got people to give him stuff because he said he was a girl.
I used to have a "rares" vendor where I sold locked boxes that the description said full d-bone armor. Sold a few of those for 250k. Also, I knew the glitch to get hanging lanterns and stretched hides. You had to spawn them in a box and couldn't take them out, you had to break the chest with an axe and then it would just stay on the ground there. Sold some of those for lots of money. The house this vendor was at wasn't even mine so people wouldn't blame me. I just put out runes around the bank to it.
Also, the stretched hides blocked the tile they were on so I would get a bunch and go around and block the doors to people's houses and bridges. The GM's could remove them though.
I used to have lottos where the only prizes where trash items. Also very fun was to put out runes that said they were to vendors that were actually to dungeons spots where you got killed instantly. Go in like 10-15 mins later and kill everything and loot 2-3 bodies.
I remember right after the LBR expansion, me and my bro would ride around on swamp dragons in Shame, and whenever someone died we would stand over the bodies with our swamp dragons so they couldn't see them, until they turned into bones and we would loot them. Dumb people that don't know about the all names macro. This was in trammel too lol.
Used to make trap boxes and put them somewhere, then go find a dumb person and tell them I needed help on a treasure hunt. Then I would lead them to the chest and they would open it and die. We were partied so I could loot them.
I looted a guild house once, but that is because the GM was an ass to me so after he made me a friend I robbed him. Then I used my alt and became friends with him again and robbed him again a few months later.
Also, if I saw someone I didn't like recall somewhere, like there spot at the bank, I would go and put tile blocking items there.

Found it stupid that no good members objected and left though and I've totally forgotten her name was the only romanceable person there.

That is freaking awesome. I love assholes. Spice of the world!
I am not an evil person in mmos so I don't ever do anthing horrible. Though in 1-player games I tend to do the opposite.
In GTA3:SA I would get my pimp score high enough that I would get money from hookers I banged, and then follow them out of the car, slice their throats and take the rest of the money they had. "Bitch where's my money!?"
In Oblivion (this is in the hardest mode btw) I would kill wandering guards, steal their gear and horse and then ride to a secluded place and stash it. Go to jail. ANd sell it all.

I remember in RuneScape, I made a fake clan and always invited people to it. It was me and about 9 other people who were fixed members. So we'd invite about 2 random people to join and they'd be like, 'sure'. So we'd tell them our next PKing trip was tomorrow or something. They'd meet up, and it would be about 5-6 of us (depending who was online) and maybe 2 or 3 of the newbies. So we'd go deep into the wilderness and then entangle the newbies and kill them and take their stuff. Obviously they quit so we had to keep finding new 'members.'
Also, when you died in RuneScape (as long as you didn't get a skull - obtained by attacking another player) you kept your 3 most valuable (computer calculated) items. In the game at that point, a weapon called an abyssal whip was worth about 3.5 mil and dragon scimitars were worth about 90k, but the game still thought they were more valuable. I would tell a random person I wanted to make a PKing video and tell them that I'd pay them 100k if they let me kill them. And they would only bring nothing but a whip and I'd be the first attacker so they wouldn't get skulled. Obviously they accepted. So when they were about 90% dead, I'd drop 3 dragon scimitars and obviously the guy would take them. Then I'd kill him and he'd drop the whip and resurrect with the 3 dragon scimitars. It worked atleast half a dozen times.

Acctualy... come to think about it I was quite an ass in a little game called BF2.
But no great stories realy, and the few that where that funny, you had to acctualy be there to enjoy I guess.
But here are the regular things:
1. Shooting near allies (freaks moast people out, think they are under enemy fire)
2. "Shoving" ally snipers down frome high buildings. Basicly they tended to be in prone near the roof ends, zoomed in. Al you have to do is prone and move against them. *thud*
3. When team damage was turned of, use C4 to shoot people into the air, unless they where quick enough they wouldn't manage to get their parachute in time thus falling to their deaths.
4. Pissing people of to the point that they team kill you, voting "no" on the "forgive", thus getting them kicked on the second - third death. The esiest way to get on somones nerve was to stand in their aim al the time basicly.
5. Transports... You know the drill, jeeps flying of hills, blackhawks suddenly not having a pilot heading straight for a mountain wall etc etc.

Do they have to be computer games?
Because the worst thing I ever did in a "game" was sneak up right behind my little brother when he was about 11 years old (I'm 5 years older) and unloaded on him at point blank range during a game of paintball.
He was screaming his head off, lol. And when he realized who did it, there was just a steady stream of expletives streaming from his mouth, I thought he was going to get kicked from the field because the referees had told us that cussing out other players was not tolerated (but I guess in this case they decided my brother was justified).
In fact one of the ref's decided that he would join in on the next game, and then hunted my ass down. But it was totally worth it.
That was about 15 years ago, but to this very day I have to be really careful and make sure I know where my brother is at all times when we go paintballing, even when he's on my own team. That bastard can hold a grudge like you would not believe.

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin's first mission had this nice Italian mansion, inhabited by the mafioso you were post to hit. There were A LOT of guards watching the area.
In the typical Hitman style one guard goes for a wee at one point, and this is a clear part where you can strangle him from behind and take his suit.
The weird part in this is that in the beginning you peek at everything with your binoculars from this high cliff a little away from the mansion, and you see the dude coming from a door and then doing the traditional "I'm peeing-body emote" where the dude shakes his hips. But there's something weird in his hands. A 20 centimeter long flacid penis flapping around. Yes you get a clear picture of the penis flapping in his hands.
I kept staring at that thing for full two minutes or so with my super powerful binoculars. I then restarted the mission to watch it again.

There was this one temple that had an item called "whine of zamarack" on the altar, it was guarded by chaos monks that remained friendly up to the point where you tried to take the whine.
At that point you were zapped by the god zamarack, dealing dmg and lowering your stats temporarily, and the monks would start to beat you up.
Now, the trick was to convince people that if you drank the whine, you went up ten levels instantly.
They, unknowingly, take the whine(sometimes clicking repeatedly, all but killing themselves already) and then just closing the door whenever they try to open it.
Then loot them and put them on ignore before they whine ^^

Wasnt playing an evil character much in UO, mostly enjoying pvp fights against the PKs; but the most lame thing i did was probaly when i opened a gate in Britain that lead to 1 tile isle in the middle of the sea. People often entered the gates to check where it leads, and when someone entered - my friend that stood on ship plank nearby instantly dispelled it, and casted firewalls on isle where the person become traped. Upon looting them we sailed away leaving their ghosts on the isle they coudnt get out any other way except calling some friend to sail there on a ship and pick up them.

In middle school / junior high, a friend and I stole accounts in Diablo 2. You'd be surprised how many people were stupid enough to make their password username1. (bobobob/bobobob1) People were very predictable in general. Not always that simple, but nothing too complicated. If they had good items we took them and deleted the characters.
In recent history, I 'unintentionally' grief people in Day of Defeat 1.3. Go onto newbie servers or casual servers filled with old folk and rape them to the point that they leave their own server whenever you log in. (I'm not saying I'm an FPS god, I've just been playing DoD for a long time and these people are pretty bad).

In WoW I played a female elf. I would go into the human city and dance at the bazaar. I would spam something about me going to a certain location and dancing for a crowd while people used the naked WoW mod to watch me. I'd get interest whispers and send them back a link to download the mod. The link actually led to a fake site where you downloaded the file but was actually a fake file and with it attached was a RAT. This hacking clan that coded the RATs were so proud of me :D
I also liked to go into 2ndLife and go onto private properties. Then make a huge ass cube so it blocked the whole piece of land.

I and a friend in WoW managed to pull an entire clan out from under a tyrannical arrogant guild leader. My friend got caught one day and got booted after a big speech, and I spent the next week winning over 7 out of the 8 officers.
In the end we took about 90% of the good players. The old guild disbanded afterwards.
I hear the GL quit the game, and started suffering from depression.
When I heard that, I laughed. A lot. I still find it hilarious.
