In a beta test you're not supposed to talk to the public about the actual beta test information in most cases. If they did a message board then the information could leak around a lot more. I'd like one if I got into the beta though, that would be pretty nice to get an idea as to how other people are acting in the game.

It's fun on the message boards because the enemies you hate in the game are fun people to talk to on the message boards, haha.

Of course there's already a beta forum. It's probably been around for 3 years now and it'll continue up until release to provide feedback, details on bugs, locations, etc etc etc. Every game has one.

considering almost every beta out of the 30+ i've been in HAD a beta forum.. I'd say thats fairly common in the mmo industry..

In every MMO I have played there has been a beta forum, so why would this one be any different? Plus it makes sense, I doubt they will go forward without an NDA. :(
