I did, however I don't really see how this is news. I mean honestly while it's a more creative method than usual having a divorced parent do something like this to their child is like saying someone just died in Africa of starvation. It's true but it's not really news.

Traveling to Russia with foreign passports is like going into a mob bar wearing a police badge. If you have dual citizenship it's best to play that card and go through customs and checkpoints with little to no harassment then to risk it otherwise. On the British side they most likely would not have had any problems coming back on Russian passports. So it makes alot of sense to use them.
The bio-father is a complete ass. With him being reported as "Colonel" he's probably some ex-KGB jack tard with access to people and resources that could mess up peoples lives.
It'll probably end badly for the couple and their daughter.
