I badly mislike coffee, but quite like tea. In the morning I drink a slightly less astringent English Breakfast blend that a local shop sells and for the evening I usually drink either Lapsang Souchong or Earl Grey. I prefer strong black teas and generally abhor green tea, but I do enjoy an occassional pot of Jasmine tea.

I am quite surprised that the first three responses to this thread have all been by people who prefer tea to coffee.

I drink Clipper green teas (especially the one with ginseng) or Earl Grey, always black with no sugar. Sometimes if I stop at Sainos before work, I see if they have any random and revolting looking flavours and take them to work with me to gross people out with. The last one I had was lemongrass and lavender which after you get over the smell didn't taste too bad.

No doubt once all the americans get online the votes for cawfee will go up again.

Tea generally balances you out. If you're hyper it pulls you down; if you're down it pulls you up. I'm not sure exactly why, but I think it has to do with the caffeine being mixed with a whole boatload of extremely weak depressants which basically affect you differently depending on your mental state.
