Hi everyone! Help! Im facing problems

Hi everyone! I am Alexandre from Brazil, and i am working very hard to clean brazilian image from MMORPG's!
Im still playing ragnarok!
I am a newbie here and i am facing problems with the DxDiag file...
It is saying:


"Invalid File Type"


Anyone could help me here!

Assuming you are running XP, to do a dxdiag:
start
run
dxdiag
enter
Save All Information
Choose a directory
Find that same directory when submitting your dxdiag file.

The fact that it's saying invalid file type makes me think that you tried to submit your dxdiag.exe file, which is entirely different.

Make sure you have the .txt file type selected, not xml.

Have you ran DxDiag? And if so did you save the information in a .txt file or .xml file?

I saved in .txt file type...

You're the first to report a problem like this. Be sure your file extension is indeed .txt! If it is, and you're sure, you may want to consider trying a different browser to access the application page. Perhaps there's something wrong with your javascript interpreter?

I used Maxthon and i didnt get the error message! Funny, i was using Mozilla firefox before...
