never seen that before, that's pretty good as far as cctv vids go. Your explanation for it is probably the most reasonable one.

I hate to sound like some internet tough guy, but I would have fucked that dude up REALLY bad. Probably would have landed myself in jail. He'd have on of those monitors over his head.
