Just saw Pastor Melissa Scott (http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a335/NoelG/Pastor-Scott27.jpg) for the first time a couple weeks ago and thought she must be related to Dr. Gene Scott. Did some research. Yikes! She's his widow. They got married when he was 71 and she was in her early 30's.
Gene Scott was a controversial, whacked out loon and Melissa Scott is maybe even more controversial. Don't know if she's a loon, too, though. Here are parts of her story I culled from sources. Don't know how much is true and how much is false.
1. She's the daughter of a gangster.
2. She did porn under the name of Barbi Bridges. Googling Barbi Bridges will bring up a nude photoshoot of a model who might/might not be her. I can't tell.
3. She owned a porn production company with her first husband. Google will bring up a porn video company called Barbi Bridges Productions, or something like that but don't know if it's the same Barbi Bridges who modeled and if it's Melissa Scott.
4. She was one of the models/attractive women Gene Scott paid to attend his sermons. At some point, Gene Scott began paying attractive women to sit in the front row of his church during services. Melissa Scott was supposedly one of these women.
5. Gene and Melissa started a relationship. He divorced his wife and she divorced her husband so they could marry.
6. Gene Scott claimed she had an IQ of 186 and could speak 15 languages.
7. After Gene Scott developed cancer, Melissa began taking over the sermons.
8. Before Gene Scott died, he made Melissa his heir which included the church and it's holdings.
9. Melissa Scott has been liquidating Gene Scott's personal assets and the assets of the church to finance her personal lifestyle.
10. Melissa Scott is a total fraud who doesn't have an IQ of 186 and fakes her knowledge of languages and essentially just regurgitates old sermons of Gene Scott.

I don't know how much of what's above is true but if she is a fraud, she's a good fraud. She's a hell of a lot more understandable than Gene Scott was.
