With Mount and Blade nearing completion, Taleworld is asking the community for ideas on what its next project should be. The Admin started a post yesterday and if you're a big fan of MnB, I thought you might like to put your two cents in. Curiously, they only have a few posts about multiplayer, or lack thereof, which was my biggest problem with the game. Anyways, here is the discussion for those interested:

I hope they make a similiar game but with magic and an engine that supports multiplayer.

thanks for the heads up. Might drop in a suggestion.
Edit: To make sure, this thread is for my personal curiosity. I'm not affiliated with taleworlds and this thread has nothing to do with their motives.
This is unofficial
I wish they would continue with M&B, it's realy not that good a game atm.

I'm not realy bothered about the graphics more the gameplay. Multiplayer would be fun though.

Yes, multiplayer would be good, it should just be sharded for the hell of it, would be fun.
They should improve some of the AI skill and animations tough, and also iron out some bugs.

Multiplayer really should be their next move if they want to make something big. I would love to see a mount and blade multiplayer.

Agreed. They should continue with M M.
It's a bit to simplistic atm. Goes around and around and around, same thing over and over again.

Multiplayer and also waay more soldiers on 1 battlefield would be nice. And more depth to the Worldmap part.

Mount and Blade has some really good potential if they go packing their bags now the games going to suffer for it, I'm tired of developers who use modding as an excuse to barely put anything in their games -_-.

Yeah. Kinda the opposite of Electronic Arts.
But Mount and Blade still made some awesome inventions not seen in other games.

Multiplayer age of civalry style would be nice.

Yeah, just make a M&B2 with multiplayer, updated graphics, more fluid animations and better gameplay. And multiplayer.
That's all they have to do, they're sitting on a gold mine.
lol, I like how I make it sound easy.
Oh, and they should make it multiplayer.

Yep the mods are great but theres no excuse for them not to improve the vanilla game. The combat, forgive me for saying this but its bland and boring after a while, realy needs to be spice it up. Getting rid of the world map and having you explore the game world properly would realy make it feel much bigger. Some sort of storyline would be nice aswell. More things to do and alot better Ai is also needed. The graphics aren't great and aren't going to compete with most new titles but i'm not to bothered about that.

I agree with all of that, but I think the game would be even better if they kept the world map and radically increased your ability to interact with it. Like being able to build cities, capture slaves, and do all kinds of wacky shit. If they want to go the less in-depth route, or less strategic route, the story-line method would be better. Right now the entire game just screams "half-assed" through and through.
However, given the size of the development team it's phenomenal, and they tapped into a huge market there that was just waiting for some one to come along and capitalize.
