You can play as a werewolf in the Sims 2. No thanks required.

Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind if you have the Bloodmoon expansion. Werewolves (and wereboars) are stock in Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall. Daggerfall's DOS though, so it's a "little" difficult to get running.

It's lunacy that there are so few videogames with the option of playing as a werewolf.
