Anyway, having read my post I mostly agree with myself, though I didn't present nearly enough facts (not that you said anything in your post that comes anywhere near a logical statement, let alone a fact).

First off, a policy of "if you don't like it, you can leave" is 1) Not a policy because it's inherent in every online clan. 2) Does not address the issue of (de)centralization whatsoever. The centralized bit of your little organization is in the expectation that everyone is supposed to work together at all times and fight with one another, allow me to quote:

It demotivates people when they join a guild to support the guild and their aims and all their work is instead put into the advancement of their huge democracy, which in the end is just going to mean that whoever commands the vote commands the members of every guild in the alliance. That has nothing to do with autonomous states, nothing to do with centralization. Voting does not preclude or prevent autonomy. It's just a government structure, and a terrible one for a group of, what, 100-200 people? Claiming you have past experience and then not naming your experience or elaborating further awards you no ethos.

As a disclaimer, I know you're not one of the "you're a zerg, no I'm not!" nubs, that's why you should be emperor. Your guild, however, as whiny RP fags tend to be, are.
