It's not important at all, but I have had moments of temptation since I've abstained drinking for some time. I feel alcohol in moderation and very rarely probably isn't a big deal, I've actually improved at some mental activities as a result of minor indulgence of alcohol, like one night after work I brought home a 32oz. and played the best rounds of counter-strike I've ever had in my life. I was actually commended in game on a random pick up match on some of the things I pulled off(having two opponents in opposite peripherals of my vision, dodging/strafing and landing two awp headshots without taking much damage). Then again, for just about everything else it has a negative effect: Health, weight, and judgement(sometimes).

As far as pork can you explain the difference between dirty and clean meat? I can see why Pork would be considered this but why not meat from a deer or cow for example?

It's funny how lax Muslims are with the whole alcohol thing. For example, the entire UAE allows non-Muslims to consume away at their lecher in bars, night clubs, and their own homes.
