View Full Version : Looking for Game -> Dofus ?

has anyone of you ever played Dofus? it seems it has a similar subscription curve like WoW´s, in that it continually grows, and that very fast. its said to have above 700.000 subscribers already and continually growing quickly.

Now im wondering if its worth to play. has anyone of you had any experiences with that game or actually playing it? would appreciate any info, thx in advance.

and is it downloadeable? the official sites seem to be down, cant look for myself.

Is it P2P? Because if it isn't, then subscriber numbers mean shit.

yes thats the one info i could get. at least in wikipedia it says its p2p with a monthly fee (well theres a free trial zone in the game where you dont have to subscribe for, but it doesnt really allow you to see the whole world, its only some small trial area, including one city, i think)

Don't the PvP will keep me entertained some how, i remeber playing something like this but the fighting took place on a turn based map, it was pretty weak.

yes thats what it also said on wikipedia, that the fights are turn based. but i like turn based.

so what did you find weak about this game?

i cant really rember why i sacked it off, maybe there was just not mcuh too it or they were trying to sell you xtra shit for you char... i cannot rember tbh.

Downloading the trial wont hurt tho will it.

that could very well have been it. now that you say it i think to remember they have an item shop. ah well im gonna try and have a look when the official sites are back up again. thx for the info anyways
