Need a little help finding a Game!

I once had this Game (RPG) I cant remember a lot about it cuz i never got to play it much!
My comp died on me and i lost the CDs for the game! But the map had lots of Islands i remember i had a rogue toon you could go prone and sneak up on Mobs
If i remember right there were like 50+ islands no main land.

thats about all i can really remember and i would love to get the name of this game. what little i did play the game it was fun

i have never seen it in a gamestore, and since its from 2001 i doubt its still available anywhere in a gamestore, but it looks like itd be fun and i want to play it too
