Luckily it isn't just about comics--I've never been much into them myself. I'm going for the movie and television stuff.

Unfortunately, I'm going to California a couple weeks after the con, so I won't be able to make it.

They have just about everything from nerd-dom represented, from anime to video games to movies to, of course, comics. It's a pretty damn fun time if you go with friends -- some good deals on some cool memorabilia and other shit and some great people-watching.
JUST NOTE: You have to register on-line ahead of time. I'm too lazy to check if they're even selling tickets anymore, but they did away with walk-in registration.
