That would seem to indicate that Versus is not joining the 360, at least not yet.

With that noted, I'd say more people are hyped for Versus than XIII, to be honest. It's got action-based gameplay and, from what little has been seen, a more interesting game world and protagonist. XIII just seems to be "you might as well be a fucking goddess in a ridiculously colorful and vibrant world, go kill things" by what I've seen so far. (Which is to say the trailer.) Note that this is coming from a fanboi of the series.

So yeah, I'd say the movement of XIII will have less of an impact than expected.

They probably didn't pay anything. The Xbox has the best access to the consumer market because there's way more of them out there so it is very much in the game companies interest to release on Xbox. The real issue probably was that Sony wouldn't pay them enough to remain an exclusive.

Only way they could is if they make two differant disc versions where the Xbox gets multiple discs and they use a blu - ray disc on PS3

OH and i will hunt down square enix if they put Versus on the 360

By the time FF13 releases, the Xbox 360 will have a Blu-Ray player anyway. Guarantee it.

I have no clue. But since I own a PS3 I'll take his place for the time being. Ahem...

The PS3's hardware capabilities still far surpass that of the Xbox 360. Also, there is no way that they will release Versus 13 to the X360. Therefore, the PS3 is better.

Well I'm very impressed with the 360 line up this year, and thank god I don't have live...avatars? wth...this isn't the Wii.
The only reason I would buy a PS3 is for Killzone 2, I loved the first one (probably in the minority for that though.) and Resistance 2.
