I'm getting bored with my vanilla ass game play in games and looking for some good mods.
Oblivion: Need some kind of a violent battle mod and some mod/s that expand the the world (New towns, cities areas and so on).
RTW-MTW: I'm currently playing Stainless steel and waiting for the warcraft and warhammer mod, but are there any other good mods released already?
HL2: I got some good ones already, but I want to hear some suggestions.
Hitman 2-Blood money: Are there any mods for hitman? Cause if there are tell me!
Dawn of war-Dark crusade: I heard there are some good mods out for it, but could I get some suggestion on which?
Thanks in advance.
Europa Barbarorum (http://www.europabarbarorum.com/) is a great mod for RTW. While the AI doesn't seem to have improved much (which I think was the biggest flaw of the game, especially because there is no multiplayer campaign), but the factions and units are much deeper, and the models are both more realistic and way cooler. Combat is a bit more slow-paced, and units are quite expensive, so you need an extremely good economy to field a full stack of heavy infantry.
Edit; Have you tried Garry's Mod for HL2? Quite fun.

bunch of useless and very useful mods, add-ons, etc.
For startters get Oblivion scripts extender, which is required for a lot of mods, then get OOO newest version, Deadly reflexes and vampire mod of your choice (vanilla vampirism sucks ass).
What mods do:
OOO - Adds mountain load of content.
Deadly reflex - mounted combat, shield bash, acrobatics, non retarded blocking system...awesome combat enhancer.
After these get any mods you like...i´d recommend midas magick and bag of holding mods + some item mods...oh yeas, and a key chain mod. there´s also some good archery and alchemy mods out there.

For oblivion mods, you could try Deadly Reflex as a battle mod. It adds violent death options, with a chance to do decapitation and cutting in half at the waist when you do a side power attack with blades or axes, cutting hands off when you hit someone who's blocking, and a critical throat shot with bow weapons, though the last two are rather seldom and all of them only work with player race + dremora NPCs.
It adds some new acrobatics moves (backwards dodge and double jump), more skillful shield use (block damage reduction starts off high and then drops down over time so you have to actually react to attacks instead of just holding block down), a bash move that tries to stagger/knockdown an enemy but does no damage. It also features mounted combat with melee and spellcasting (no bow+arrow though).
For content mods, I haven't really heard of anything that fantastic. Only ones I've used is OOO which adds new content by repopulating the generic locations of generic monsters with new NPC types and named bosses with unique loot, and a mod called Kvatch Aftermath that rebuilds kvatch after it gets destroyed and adds a few new quests related to it (though it's kind of overblown in some ways and lacks polish in other parts IMO). You can browse this wiki (http://www.oblivionmodwiki.com/index.php/Category:Mods) that lists a bunch of mods for anything that sounds interesting though.

I looked at deadly reflexes once, the graphical gore looked absolute fail, so I ignored the rest. (decapitation etc) The mounted combat was what enticed me to look at it. Is it possible to enable/disable different features?
bag of holding? isn't that the infinite carry bag? If hes looking for RP mods, I imagine he wouldn't want an imbalanced mod like that.
no need for the keychain mod imo, if you just get BTmod, you can minimize the "keys" menu by clicking it.
I quite like the saddle bags mod, which allows you to carry shit on your horse, as well as the bedroll mod which allows you to carry bedrolls around and sleep anywhere (but it gets buggy when you go to prison)

for oblivion, get the CM partners mod. great mod. allows you to "group" with new NPCs from taverns, inns, etc, and you can copy the script and make your own custom 'party members'. also, the akatosh mount is pretty awesome. Its a giant dragon that breathes fire or acid, i think, and you can fly it :D
for HL2, GARYS MOD.
edit* what? warhammer total war? you mean Warhammer 40k Dawn of War 2?

Regarding oblivion, download Deadly Reflexes 4. You will shit bricks.
Also, you will have to look up independent mods with new places to explore for more things.

For HL2;
SP
Smod or Smod Redux - this redoes the entire half life 2 campaign, yet adds about 4 times as many guns as the first one, adds a lot more content, bullet time (real bullet time, with visible bullets, as in really like the matrix) and the ability to kick. Plus a load of console commands to tweak it all.
MP
Zombie Master - A team of human players playing humans vs one zombie master controlling hordes of zombies in an RTS style. Quite fun.
Zombie Panic - A team of zombies and a team of humans, both players.
Both
Garrys mod 10 - The single best source mod. The ultimate sandbox, including a strong modding community for this mod and many many great game modes.
Although, most things you can do in the game you don't strictly need a different game mode for. If we both agree to make cars, we can race around a track. We don't need a game mode to tell us that we have to. You just do.
If we want to make tanks, we just do. If you want to make a plane, you do. Its all there.
The most currently popular game modes that everyone likes playing include Space build, some zombie based game, Fort wars, prophunt and standard sandbox mode. Oh and RP, but I never go there.
