I need a good 360 game

So me and a couple of friends usually get together and play 360 for 2 days, up until now we've played almost nothing but Halo 3, CoD4 and Guitar Hero.
Halo 3 is the game we play the most, and we're getting a little tired from only playing that.
So do anyone have a good suggestion for a good, preferably, FPS game for the 360? It have to be able to play via system link, with 4 players on each console.

Anyways, Team Fortress 2 is pretty sweet. Don't know if you can play with 4 on one console though.

Bad Company, Rainbow Six, Shadowrun is a decent third person shooter but not that great (probably better on PC)

Get Rock Band. About the best you can do with 4 people. Even though it's not a FPS or system linkable. ;)

F.E.A.R. scares the fuck out of me, no joke. Its fun when you play it in the dark at about 3 in the morning.

Rock Band is a good game to play with others, if you want to spend the money.

How about this, just get really, really high. I garentee you will have more fun playing halo than you ever have in your life.

I don't want any games like TF2 or FEAR since games from PC usually is shit on consoles.
Rock Band is fucking expensive, but we've been looking into it.
The only persons among us that likes fighting games is me and another guy, the other guys don't like them, they fail after 30-60 sek.
And racing games won't do. Since we're 8 players on 2 360's FPS games is usually the most fun.

Gears of War is pretty awesome.

If you don't have GTA IV, though, that's the game to get.

Oh, and you can probably pick up Dead Rising on the cheap these days. That game is *great*.

Gears of War,just in time to brush up your skills (which will be required unlike baby auto-aim Halo) for the sequel this November.

By the way,PC version of Gears is massively inferior to the 360 version.

I've got GoW and GTA 4, so does my friends, but GoW is only 2/4 players(we want 8) and you can't play GTA 4 with system link, we tried that.
