You are a fucking miniature. Damn Emo Dwarf.

Why are you so judgmental and mean to me? It's not fair, do you think I just woke up one day and decided to be this way?

Jangang

Whats wrong with emo dwarves?

LOL, I laughed at that image in my head. A dwarf decked out in emo attire, w/ his hair done all emo and everything, about to slash his wrist over some perceived insult, which was nothing more then another dwarf asking him to fetch his hammer. :D

The picture in my head was the more stocky, fantasy dwarf, but add a razor blade and its pretty close. :)

Yup. The "Canada" logos that are plastered all over those photos give it away. Everyone knows Canada doesn't have a space program.

OK im a noob but does anyone know why you never see stars in outer space. I mean pic's taken in outer space. My guess is photo development but i was hoping it was something cooler.

It has something to do with the exposure settings of the cameras. When in daylight, like thise pictures, I guess because of the light from the sun and the earth are sufficiently high they outshine the stars for the camera.

It's so low to the ground (comparatively speaking) that you can't really tell based on a world map. I honestly don't know or even have an idea; if I knew more about the mission I might be better suited to throwing a guess.

My guess is easter asia and alaska to the right.

Edit: nevermind. Just looked at a map.

Edit2: yay, I was right. Haha!

edit 3: Fuck, I wasnt after all. Or maybe I was?

Can we expect the anvil members to commit mass suicide now that they're ruled by surlemo?

Good call, wow, so that's where it is! Makes sense that the other side is Alaska, then. Siberia seems a little green though...

I think it is New Zealand. Found this space photo of it at a slightly different angle, but notice the desert sand area they look almost the same on the north island, also you can see the weird cracked circle formation on the bottom of the photo (slightly covered in clouds) on the other more clear photo linked here. I dont get it. Wouldnt stars be even MORE VISIBLE in outer space? Seriously, in all those photos, where are the damned stars? You are in outer space, they should be extremely visible because they there is no atmosphere to distort it. so again I ask, where the FUCK are the stars?

edit -- NASA is fake if you ask me!

Hmm, I think New Zealand fits with the shape, but what the fuck is the line down the middle? A 20 lane highway?

Take an astronomy course and you will find out that the apparent magnitude of the stars is so much less than the light radiating off the earth that they can't be seen. When on earth we can see stars because light doesn't bounce on earth, curve 180 degrees and hit out eyes again. All light is going up at night.

A river.

EDIT: Also it isn't a picture of the Great Wall since you would see the Korean Penisula and Japan in that photo. Also they aren't that far away from Earth, they aren't going to the moon.

At least its just the robotarm thing. The russians took it upon themselves to build the tiolet, and it broke down. Gargantuan Fail.

It would be pretty cool to be up in space like that, even if it was just to fix a toilet. You would be a Space Plumber or something. Totally useless on Earth, but as long as people remain incapable of building a reliable space toilet, you will never go out of demand.

Ironic that the space race was between Russia and USA, and now we are shitting on the Russians, metaphorically speaking.

It's just photographs of miniatures.

You're wrong, its all done in photoshop. I can see it in the pixels. Photoshop was invented in the '60s in order to fake the original moon landings. I hear it was pretty fucking difficult to use without a GUI but those guys at NASA are dedicated.

Oh yeah, sorry to shit on a few parades here but you can't even identify some minor mountain ranges from space, you can't see the great wall from space. That's just a rumor started back in the early 20th century when sci-fi was all the rage and Humans hadn't even been to space yet.

Was this a variation on "This is a shoop. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shoops in my time." ?

BTW, how would you know what the fuck we can or can't see from space if you say no one has ever been there. Circular reasoning to support your argument.

Let's stop all the silliness and get the facts straight. Earth is flat world balanced on the backs of four elephants which, in turn, stand on the back of a giant turtle, Great A'Tuin.
