eventful day at work

Im a carryout at a grocery store, which basically translates into "do whatever you want for five hours"

So I walk into the store today, and go into the main office to find Chris, another carryout, watching the camera recording from earlier today. We see two carryouts fucking around in the ice cooler, one with a squeegy in hand. Apparently the other guy said something to piss him off, because he cracked him in the face with it and chipped his two front teeth. squeegyman was fired and the other kid got the day off.

We laugh about this for a few minutes until he switches to the live feed outside the pharmacy, where we see a man walking by with his cell phone. Six fat sweaty angery mexican suddenly jump on him and start beating the shit out of him. Chris and I don't know what we should do, so we call the manager and head down the aisle to find the man beaten and bloodied on the floor. The manager calls the police and they come down and start asking questions (If your wondering, the guy did know the attackers, It wasn't a random mugging or anything)

A few hours later as Im getting ready to leave, I look across the store to see the same manager walking towards the bakery. A kid runs past him with three bottles of booze in his hands and the manager chases after him. A couple of us ran out the door to see what was going on. The manager was closing in on the kid, when he turned around and smashed the bottle over the side of his head. Again, we called the police and answered questions. But not every question has been answered. There is still one that remains

One day some little kids came in and started throwing lit matches into piles of clothes in the clothing section, resulting in fire alarms going off and the stare being evacuated, people trying to leave the shop with unpaid shopping...that wasnt enough tho, a few hours later they dumped a poster tube outside with wires hanging out of it and white powder, along come the bomb squad and blow it up, that was such a fun day i spent it all in the carpark smoking and shooting teh breeze with the hot chicks off the jewellry counter

then i spen hours logging ruined frozen food that had melted in peoples shopping trolleys

Lol the most eventful my day was ( work part time as cashier-shelf stacker) that some pig farmer tried to hand me a ten pound note covered in pig shit. So sounds fun tbh anything that breaks the routine is good in my books.

My girlfriend actually just got an email from Pratt, the university that she goes to. It urged caution when going out in the area around campus, even during the day. Apparently there's a group of black teenagers comprised of boys and girls, going around Brooklyn in broad daylight and smacking people with plexiglass and taking their money. Of course, they're targeting older people and the whites that go to Pratt - because face it, what middle-class white person is going to have a gun in NYC? The sad thing is, if they approached someone with a gun, and that person shot one of the little bastards smacking him around with plexiglass (which frankly, they deserve), that person would go to jail for a long time.

Although I'm not entirely sure, I think this is the same group of kids my girlfriend's friend ran into about six months ago. Her friend was minding her own business, walking down the main street of stores in broad daylight. Just as she passed by a group of 10 to 15 black kids around high school age, one of the girls in the group called her a white bitch and then slapped her across the face with a huge sheet of plexiglass.

Unless carrying around sheets of plexiglass is the new cool thing to do, I'm pretty sure they're the same kids.

In a perfect world, these kids would be killed on the spot, as it's pretty clear they will add nothing but more morally defunct kids into the genepool, drain welfare, and never amount to anything in their lives. Unfortunately, we need to pretend they can be rehabilitated and will eventually triumph over their poor upbringing and become doctors and future presidents.

Hmm stupid. The chavs by me do this sort of thing all the time, i left work at half 11.30 last Thursday usually there all in bed asleep but not this night. As i walked past them they asked me if i knew which way the roadworks where being done on church street i said i didn't have a clue, then one of them some spotty 17 tried to hit me in the face with the roadworks sign (triangular sign with a man working with approx miles). I managed to step back out of this kids way and then punched him soundly in the face causing him to fall asleep. Luckily where i live these chavs are all talk and dont carry knives so i knew i could just bully them. If they did carry knives and there were more than five of them i would have took a detour or run like hell.
